Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. Splitting happens entirely in your browser — your document never leaves your device.
How do I write page ranges?
Separate entries with commas. Each entry becomes one PDF: "1-3,5" creates a file with pages 1 to 3 and another with page 5.
What happens with lots of output files?
If a split produces more than 5 PDFs, they are bundled into a single ZIP so you only download once.
Will the pages lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as-is from the original, with no re-compression or quality loss.
