Frequently asked questions
Will my document look exactly the same in Word?
Conversion works best for text-based PDFs. Simple essays and reports convert cleanly, but complex layouts — multi-column pages, heavy tables, or unusual fonts — may shift and need small touch-ups afterwards.
Can I convert a scanned PDF to Word?
Scanned pages are pictures of text, so the converter can't extract them directly. Run the file through our OCR PDF tool first to make the text selectable, then convert the result to Word.
What happens to my file after conversion?
It's processed on our server and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We never read or share your documents.
What's the maximum file size?
50 MB per PDF.
