Which Hijri calendar does this use?
The Umm al-Qura calendar — the official civil calendar of Saudi Arabia. Dates announced by moon sighting (for Ramadan and Eid) can occasionally differ by a day.
What date range is supported?
Hijri years 1318 to 1500 AH, roughly Gregorian 1900 to 2077 — more than enough for birthdays, official documents, and planning ahead.
Why does it say my Hijri date doesn't exist?
Hijri months are 29 or 30 days. If you enter day 30 in a 29-day month, there's no matching Gregorian date — double-check the day and month.
